Public Relations Services – 2026

RetuRO SGR, the administrator of Romania’s national Deposit-Return System (DRS), is launching a competitive selection of proposals aimed at identifying and contracting a qualified supplier for Public Relations services, in order to select a partner agency that will contribute to strengthening trust in the DRS system and ensuring strategic, coherent, and effective communication with the public, the press, and other stakeholders.  

The selected agency will support RetuRO in developing and implementing a PR strategy that ensures clear communication, balanced media presence, and relevant exposure at both national and international levels.  

Suppliers are kindly requested to submit detailed information about their company and commercial terms, in order to enable a complete and fair evaluation of the proposals. Suppliers are also encouraged to carefully review all requirements and submit the documentation fully and accurately completed.
